Return Policy

At the moment, due to the fact that Bucephalus Apparel doesn’t hold an inventory of its products, we have to adhere to our manufacturers return policies.

Returns: We only accept returns if a product is misprinted, damaged, defective or if it is lost in transit. We will not be able to give you a refund but if it is deemed a problem on the manufacturer’s part, the cost of the reshipped item will be covered for you.

If you find a problem with the order please send our Customer Service an email at service@bucephalusapparel.com providing us detailed information and attaching a picture. Please use the subject of the email as Your Name: Returning (and state whatever your order is), for example, if someone is returning a Bucephalus Classic Tee, the subject would be John Doe: Returning Bucephalus Classic Tee

Unclaimed orders: Orders that are unclaimed will be sent back to the manufacturers and you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of reshipment, unless it is deemed an issue on our part(shipment cost only, not the cost of the product).
